- Samples can be requested with the assistance of a Promotions Specialist at 800-LOGO-216 or online by using the "Request Sample" button on the product page.
- ePromos will provide a free sample up to $7.00 (in the leftmost pricing column shown on the product page).
- ePromos will also pay for free shipping by ground on your first sample. You can provide your shipping account number if you would like the shipment expedited.
- If you would like additional samples, we are happy to provide them to you. We ask that you call a Promotions Specialist for assistance as there will be a charge for additional samples and shipping. Once you become a client, you can expect a higher sample limit as our relationship grows.
- ePromos is unable to process sample returns for items whose individual price is under $25.00. If you would like to return a sample above $25.00, please call a Promotions Specialist for a Return Material Authorization number.
Verification
Due to frequent abuse of our sample policy, we may call to verify your sample request. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please do not order a sample if you do not intend to purchase at least $250 of imprinted merchandise in accordance with our Minimum Order Policy. We reserve the right to refuse to ship samples to any party at our discretion. Thank you for your cooperation.
Faster Shipping
If you require expedited shipping we can use your UPS or Fed Ex account number or charge your credit card at your choice. Shipping charges for expedited samples are as follows:
Overnight - $15
2nd Day - $12
3-Day - $8
We reserve the right to charge slightly higher amounts for extra heavy or unusual sized samples.
International Sample Orders
The ePromos site does not yet provide for international registration. Therefore orders for samples that need to be shipped outside the United States should be ordered by email at samples123@epromos.com or by phone M-F 8:30am - 8:00pm EST at 212-286-8008 dial 3.
International sample orders require a charge of $25.00 to process the various paperwork required for international delivery. We prefer this payment to be made by credit card and we prefer that you provide your DHL, Fed Ex or UPS account number. Please email samples123@epromos.com with any questions.

eProof - free with every order
Our expertly trained artists will prepare an electronic proof of your artwork, and even make recommendations if you would like assistance. These eProofs can be emailed or faxed to you for your review and are typically sent along with your Order Acknowledgement.
Pre-Production Proofs
We can actually produce an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge of approximate $50.00, plus the price of the item, screens and setups and can add 5-10 days to the order process as the factory needs to set up to run just one item. Please let your Promotions Specialist know if you would like a Pre-production proof.
